Convenient location, affordable price, private room with ensuite bathroom. Great shower pressure and hot water. Fridge, kettle, and free tea/coffee in room. Comfortable bed and peaceful atmosphere. Free parking and friendly staff.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the brand new bathroom were great. The staff, especially Abbie, were helpful and thoughtful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The personal touch and excellent communication before and were greatly appreciated. The location was perfect for our needs, as it was close to the city center, Romford train station, and a bus stop. We also enjoyed the convenience of free parking and the fact that it was near the festival we attended.
No kitchen facilities or microwave in the room was disappointing. We would have appreciated more options for preparing our meals.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the prices were incredibly affordable for what was offered. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met during our stay. Lastly, the location was perfect, as it was close to Romford town centre and provided easy access to explore the area.
All was well during our stay, no improvements needed.

The location was perfect - close to many shops and delicious places to eat. The room was spacious and felt like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft linen that made me sleep like a royal. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. a fantastic experience!
The bathroom could use some attention, but it didn't detract from the overall great experience.
